Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

Underage DUI

I received an underage DUI two years ago. I am now graduating from college an applying for jobs. One application asked if I was ever charged with anything other than a summary offense or accepted ARD for anything other than a summary offense. How do I answer this? Was mine a summary offense or worse?

Re: Underage DUI

If it was a DUI it was a Misdemeanor. If, on the other hand, it was simply underage drinking you may have been in a pretrial diversionary program. If you did community service and there was no breath or blood alcohol testing, then it was probably the latter.
