Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I have violated ard, because of drug screenings, which i was not aware of, I never heard from my parole officer, I finished my community service as well as paid all fines. What should I do

Response by lawyer Michael Kotik of www.LegalPhilly.com. I would suggest hiring a lawyer to contact the district attorney in your case. Followed by your probation officer. I am sure there is something a qualified lawyer can do to make sure you do not get kicked out of the ARD program.
