Wrong date on dui
My fiancee had a dui charge and conviction last year, when we were getting insurance the state has the dui listed as Feb 2007, instead of March 2007, is there any chance of fighting it? It has the correct date on his police report.

Nope, doesn't help at all. Since it is after the conviction there is nothing to fight. It doesn't even help with an expungement, it just makes it a little more complicated.
