Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

wrong information

i recently was charged with dui. on the report the officer stated me driving a silver ford focus. well i wasnt driving a silver ford focus, i was driving a silver ford escort. i was wondering if i could fight this and possibly win because of this technicality.

A technical defect like this probably won't get you off. However it may be sueful in negotiating a fixed sentence or if tiral is a most help attack the officer's credibility. I offer free consultations.
