Legal Question in Elder Law in Pennsylvania
Breaking Rental agreement
My mother-in-law has to be moved to Assisted Living Facilities due to her health.
The rental company is holding her to the 3 months rent for canceling a lease.
Is this allowed in cases where a person has to move out for health reasons?
