Legal Question in Elder Law in Pennsylvania
Elder law
My sister wants to sell me a house that my father sold her 3 years ago for 50 cents. He is now in a nursing home. She has a judgement against her by the nursing home for $80000. If I buy the house, am I liable to the nursing home for anything?

Re: Elder law
It depends.
Please have an attorney represent you in the purchase and obtain title insurance to protect your interests.
Good luck to you.
