My brother can't take care of him cause of health problems and my sister is in a mental hospital. i'm the last son who can take care of him. Can i just move in even know he changes mind all the time?

Re: elderly father
No, you can not move into your father's house without his permission. If he can not take care of himself, you can petition the court to give you either a limited or full guardianship of him, depending on the extent of his physical and mental limitations. Please contact me if you have further questions.
