Legal Question in Elder Law in Pennsylvania
Estate Proposed Distribution
I inherit from my father a home valued at 750K almost two yrs. ago now worth approx. 575K. However, my sister ( 50-50 split) gets in stocks in this same estate equal value. All taxes, paperwork etc. paid and display higher r.e. amt. Can final distribution reflect 'new' r.e. pricing and be more realistic?.

Re: Estate Proposed Distribution
It's difficult for me to comment on your question beacause I do not have enough facts. However, you can amend the accounting in a probate estate if you want to more accurately reflect the value of the estate pending its conclusion.
