Legal Question in Elder Law in Pennsylvania
my husband and I as well as my father in law bought a house. MY husband passed away a year ago. My father in law still lives here and can't care for himself. I don't have time to care for him. If I bring in help from an agency or put him in a nursing home they tell me I will lose my home cause his name is on the house. I don't know what to do.

Buy out his share of the home? He can sell the home to you. If he gets any government assistance, you will not lose the home but the assistance will have to be repaid at his death.
You should speak to an attorney who focuses on elder law to see what can be worked out here.
