How much should a lawyer charge to
probate an estate of 750,000 in PA?
What is a reasonable fee? There is
alot to review and go over. There is a
condo to sell and the rest is in a stock
porfolio. There are 5 beneficiaries
none of which is related to the
decedent. Thanks

First, the lawyer's fee arrangement must be communicated in writing. Some lawyers charge based upon a sliding scale of estate assets. Others bill hourly. Either way, the attorney needs to communicate how he/she intends to bill and, in the event it is hourly, give the beneficiaries detailed time records.
