Which POA is Now in Effect?

My elderly uncle made me his POA in 1997. I recently received a copy of a revocation and of another party named POA. They are not handling his assets correctly. Which POA is in effect?

It is hard to determine based on the limited facts, however the grantor of the POA has a valid right to revoke them at any time, so it would appear the newer POA is in effect.
