taking advantage of incompetent elder

my sister had my mother sign over the deed to her house. my mother was mentally incompetent(alsheimers & dementia). my mother lived in the house until about two years ago. she moved in with my sister who sold the house and spent the proceeds on herself and her husband. it was my mother's wish that the money be divided among siblings. she put my mother in a nursing home. she died after six months. do we have any recourse to force my sister to come up with the money which she put in her own bank account?
