What does this mean?
By submitting your information, the applicant is acknowledging and agreeing that Warner Horizon, ABC Television and its owners, principals, agents, licensees, affiliated and related companies and assigns may use all material and information the applicant has provided in any way it deems fit, including, without limitation, in sharing said information with third parties and in using, distributing and exhibiting said information in any and all media now or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the universe.

It means that Warner Horizon, ABC Television, and any of the various entities associated with those companies can use whatever the applicant (you?) sends to them for whatever reason, forever.

It is difficult to know the true meaning since it is out of context. I would need to see the entire agreement. On it's face, it looks like you are giving up your rights to control the information that you provided them and you are agreeing to allow them to use the information as they deem fit.
