i have 2 children from my first wife gavin is 16 and canaan ia 11 and turns 12 on november 24,he canaan wants to come and live here with me but my x says she will make war,what do i have to do to get him to live here?

If you can obtain no voluntary agreement with your ex concerning a modification to the current custody order, then you will have to file a Petition to Modify Custody in your local Court of Common Pleas (and from your ZIP code, that's would be in Reading).

You must prove to the court that it would be in your child's "best interests" to change the current situation. I will tell you this, however: Pennsylvania courts are very reluctant to split up siblings, so you'd better have an extra good reason for even suggesting it. Best of luck to you.
