Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
About myself.
I am 16 and married and my parents say I have no rights with my son and husband. Can they stop me from moving or living somewhere other then thier home? Am I an adult?

Re: About myself.
If you're 16 and married your parents had to give you permission to get married. I would say your an emancipated minor. That is you still are not an adult till you're 18. However, when they gave their consent for you to marry you are emancipated. That is to say you can make decisions on where to live and such.
