Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

18 and moving

Hello my son has been giving my husband and I a very hard time. He is 17 and will be 18 in november. He is threatening to move in with his girlfriends father who has a drinking problem and anger issues. My son is in his senior year of high school. When he is 18 in november can he move in with this man or does he have to stay with a parent or gaurdian untill he is done school.

I believe he must graduate high school first. Did you try to see if he is willing to move in with another family member that you can trust (a grandparent, uncle, aunt, cousin, etc.)? Usually that resolves the issue.
