Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

It's a 50/50 split with custody there are two kids involved and she makes more than her ex husband but pays for everything for the kids can she still get child support

Yes she can. It will be adjusted fro the fact dad has custody for more than 40% of the overnights. There would also be adjustments if either mom or dad have kids with other parents.
