Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
If a 14 year old child goes against a court order and refuses to go or see the other parent what will happen to the parent that has physical custody. At 14 this child has pretty much made up his mind.

Unfortunately, the primary custodian could be held in contempt. That said trying to get a teenager to do anything they don't want to do is tough. At 14 the child is entitled to be heard not that the court will listen and follow the child's desires.
