Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Help me please!

I have a 12 year old daughter who has no contact with her biological father(maybe seen him 5 times).I married a wonderful man who wants to adopt her,but biological father wont consent.My daughter wants to be adopted by my husband.What can I do?

You need to terminate the parental rights of the father and then have the step-father legally adopt the child. If you would like you can consult with this office for more in depth analysis.
