Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have a 7 year old daughter whos father has not seen her since she was a year, his family has not as well.. Do they still have rights to see her?

The father has rights to get a court to order you to let him have partial custody. That said it's not going to happen right away. Most courts would phase in visitation and possibly appoint a counselor to over see the process.
