Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

17.5 year old daughter wants to live with me. when she turns 18 is she automatically emancipated and free to come live with me? which state has juristdicion? I live in PA where emancipation is 18. custodial parent in NE where it is 19. Order was originally filed in MI where it can be either.

Custodial parent will protest.

hard to determine but since child lives with custodial parent if the custody order has been filed in NE it would likely govern. If never transferred from MI could govern. Even in PA it is not age 18 but when child graduates from high school or 18 which ever is later.
