Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I am 18 and have a 3 year old daughter. I plan to go to college, and leave my daughter in the care of my parents. We have lived with them since her birth) My child's father sees her on occasion, but does not pay any support. There are not any legal aggreements in place as far as custody or support for my daughter. What do I need to do before I go to school, if anything, concerning my daughter.

You need a lawyer or a court to prepare documents giving the maternal grandparents legal custody of your child so they can make medical decisions and other decisions for her in your absence. Appropriate safeguards need to be in place so you can reassert legal custody at the appropriate time.
Good luck to all of you.
