Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have an 18 year old grandaughter who's mother is very controlling and we think she is by polar. They do not get along at all.She is in a school 2 hours away, and want to know if she moves in with us, could we enroll her in another school. By the way she is an honor roll student, doesn't do drugs and a very level headed girl. She is not being physically abused, but she is being mentally abused for sure. Her older brother was treated the same and has minimal contact with mother.

No. If her mother doesn't go along its not going to happen. First, the courts have no custody jurisdicton she 18. Second, even if a court did you have no standing. That is you can't ask the courts to take action because you don't have the right to do so.

I'm going to guess that the child graduates in June. That's in 7 months. Why move for 7 months?
