Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have an 11 year old grandson that I have not see since Christmas. I have been part of his life since birth but this last year his mother, who is not with my son, has not been answering my emails regarding seeing him and I have not been able to see him very often. What are my rights as his grandmother? Can I take her to court or not? I miss him.....
