Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

An 18 year old High. School Senior's eligbility for child support

My son is going to be 18 before he finishes high school. He will turn 18 May 2005 but won't graduate until June 2006. Will he be eligible to collect child support until he graduates or is he done at 18? His father and I were never married but I do have a court order for child support and his wages are garnished.

Unless there is an agreement of the parties to the contrary, child support in Pennsylvania terminates at the age of 18. If there arrearages owing they may still be collected.
