Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I'm a 17 year old male. I was kicked out of my house by my father. My mother passed away and his new wife had a major problem with me (part of the reason I was kicked out). I'm currently living with my grandparents and have relocated to Georgia. I have a little sister still living with my father and his new wife in Pennsylvania but contact have been almost completely cut between me and my sister. My dad claims that we could talk whenever we want but my sister told me that she was told that's she's not allowed to call I want from talking to her everyday to barly talking to her at all. Is there anything I could do to have more contact with her?

First he can't legally kick you out of the house. Second until you're 18 or graduate high school he owes you the duty of support. Now as to being allowed to communicate with your sister there isn't much you can do other than move back in with dad. Legally he can't say no. That said file for child support. It might change his mind.
