Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am a 36 year old single male, living in Pennsylvania. I have a 15 month old son that resides presently with his mother. I was not named on the birth certificate when my son was born, no one was. I have just found out that she is planning on leaving Pennsylvania and moving out of state. Is there anything I can legally do to stop her from moving him from the state?

First you need legal assistance to establish paternity. Once paternity is established then you will have standing to get a court to evaluate whether it is in the best interest of the child to leave the state.
