Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I'm a 26 year old son, I want to disown my mother (this includes her sons who are supposed to be my "half brothers", and my so called "half sister". How do I go about this?

I have not heard of such a thing. If you mean disinherit them, you are more than old enough to make a will. Just make a will. But have an attorney draft it; you will need to specifically disinherit your mother and any siblings that are related to you by blood or adoption so that if you died and had no wife or children they would not inherit your estate. Half sisters and brothers are treated the same as full-blood siblings.
If you are just speaking of a situation akin to a divorce, as I said, you are an adult. You do not have to see any of these people, call them or have them call you. You simply disappear and live your life. But make a will! If you don't, then your mother and father will share in your estate.
You may think, "I'm 26 and don't have an estate." However, you could be a dead millionaire. It does not require much imagination for me to conjure up a scenario in which you are killed in some unfortunate accident by someone's negligence. In such case, if the someone who caused your death had money, your estate could wind up with a nice big settlement. If you don't have a will, then all that money would go to your parents or your siblings, and if you feel this way about them, that certainly is not what you would want.
