Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Our 18 year old son (in PA) will graduate in 1 week. however, he goes out every night abusing drugs and alcohol, refuses to follow our rules and is verbally abuse. He has already been charges with and is paying fines for harassment, assult, disorderly conduct and possession. This morning we would not let him back in the house and he said we cannot leagally do this, that he has a right to live here. What are our legal options?

Did he now. Did he graduate college, finish law school and pass the bar?

If he graduates next week your duty to support him ends. He better find work.
