Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm 15 years old, and live with my mom. I really want to live with my dad because the whole living situation over here is stressful and I had a panic attack and have just randomly started bawling. I tried to talk to my mom but she shut me down. My dad and other family members support me, what's my next legal move at this point?

Then your dad needs to file a petition to modify custody. You're at the age a judge might listen to you. There is no guarantee that the judge will listen but an experience family lawyer should know.
