Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Im 17 years old and I live pa. I've been looking into emancipation and i dont know where to start. I've been living in a stressful enviorment for way to long, i am emotionally and physically abused. I can not take it anymore. What should i do?

You should contact the Office of Children & Youth directly (610-278-5800), or talk to your school's counselor immediately. By the time emancipation proceedings occur, you'll most likely be 18 anyway. Your best bet is to get immediate help, and you need to ask for it -- like you're doing now, but in person to someone.
