Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

After 20 years of marriage my husband wants a divorce. Can he kick me out. We live in pennsylvania.

Without more facts it would be hard to say for sure.

Once he files for divorce he can also file for exclusive use of the marital property. There would be a hearing on the matter and the court would either grant him exclusive use or not.
