Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am 22 years old and I have 5 siblings under the age of 18. We no longer wish to reside with either of my parents. There is a documented history of Physical and Verbal voilence in the home. How can I remove my siblings from both my parents and keep them out of the foster care system?
