Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have a 3 yr old and want to file for primary custody and then child support because her father is upset he could not claim her on his taxes because he gave me a little bit of money in 2010 to help with child care expenses then once the new year came about he stopped the "child support". We have no court orders. But because my daughter live mainly with me and I fully support her does that give me the right to claim her on my taxes?

The test for claiming a child is where the child lived and if someone other than that parent provided more than 50% of the child support. Sounds like you get to claim her. That said filing for custody and support would be a wise thing to do.
