18yr old son got teenage girl friend pregant
what rights does my son his father and i have when it comes to this baby the girlfriends mother said we were not going to be able to see the child and was going to make her daughter give it up for adobation when she is a foster child and she is going to get the baby. Is there any thing we can do to have the rights given to us.

If your son is named as the father of the child has parental rights.
Among them is that his consent would be needed to terminate his parental rights. That is not to say his parental rights could be terminated involuntarily. To do that there has to be a court hearing.
