Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have access to my husbands emails we have been seperated for 2 years . I seen in his email that he has broken in to my home with his girlfriend and took things out of my home and opened my mail and took pictures of them. I haven't been at my house in two months . We both own the home but he was legally evicted from my house nov 17 2014 . His lawyer gave him explicit instructions to not attempt to entire the residents with out my permission and with out a constable and my self being present . Is there anything I can do about this ? Am I able to press charges on them ?

Just how did you get access to his emails? You may have committed computer trespass. Why are you 2 hanging on to a vacant house?
