Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I'm Active Duty and end my service on November 14, 2015 next month and my wife of a little over 3 years (married on September 06,2012) moved back to Pennsylvania approximately February of 2013 and asked for divorce papers today the day after her monthly support which is the 15th of every month or else she will file for spousal support or alimony. She has two kids, none of which are biologically mine and have received no visitation with them since she left in 2013. Their biological father is one one birth certificate and not the other and has visitation custody with them and lives in Pennsylvania as well. She has had a job for at the very least a few months now as a Nursing Assistant and has completed her schooling and received her certificate for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) as well. I will put together divorce papers, but this following question is more an inquiry as to what she could possibly be entitled to, but is she entitled to alimony or support after I get out of the military next month? I will have no income immediately until I get hired on at my friend's job during this paperwork process as well.

OK for starters since you are on active duty The Service member Relief act may apply. If if does every thing is on hold tell you are off active duty. Ask you CO to talk to the JAG lawyer for your unit.
Next I don't what county your in but depending on which county you're in the cost of the filing fee alone is around $350. While that's daunting filing a divorce pleading isn't for the do it yourselfer. Before you make a move you might want to actually talk to a lawyer. Beyond the divorce you have financial and custody issues. So call a lawyer who can say what you actually need to do.
