Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Address

my kids father and i were never married we both have legal custody of our kids. they live with me during the school year, w/their father during the summer and we altinate weekends year round. my problem is for the past 3 months he and the kids stay with his fiance on his weekends. i had no address or number to contact my kids while in his care. he finally gave me the address 2 weeks ago. he moved in w/her 1 week after he gave me the address. (he never told me he moved i foubnd out on my own.) now he refuses to give me a home phone #. i have to use his cell phone # and speak to my kids at his convience. do i have a leagal right to know his home # not just a cell # & address and when he moves. he has all of my home info

Yes, I would even go so far to say that he doesn't get to see the kids until he gives you his home phone number and address. You need to know where he is and how to contact him.
