Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

New Address of Non-Custodial Parent

Hello, I am the non-custodial parent of twins and recently I moved. I have and continue to pay my non-court ordered support payments on time each month. The mother and I have a cordial relationship but I do not trust her in the least. She has my cell phone number (my only number) and calls me occasionally. I am never without contact with her. My question is, do I have to inform her of my new address or is it none of her business? The twins do not come to visit me so they are never in the house. Obviously, if they did decide to visit then I would inform her. But, since that is not the case, should I inform her and what are the consequences if she decides to take action? Does she have a legal leg to stand on?

Re: New Address of Non-Custodial Parent

If there is no court order directing you to pay or inform the mother of your address I would say that there is no need to tell her your address.
