When you adopt a child do you still receive financial support as a foster parent?

No, in Pennsylvania adoption creates a parent-child relationship between the adoptive parents and the adoptee. The adoptive parents have all of the rights and responsibilities of parents to that child, including, but not limited to, financial support.
