Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Please help

I adopted my daughter father son ihile he was in jail when he came home i ask him for child support for our daughter [that he now says is not his anyway his sister told me to call his parole officer to try to get him to pay for our child .his sister said she was coming to my aunt house to pick up my son instead it was him we got into a fight i called the police they told me they would pick him up an to file a stayaway order i wasnt sure where to file because i live in Delware an it was a holiday weekend he then went to file a stayaway order first then serve me on my job before i could get an order meanwhile he then said i came to his house to cut his girlfriend [whom i never seen before in my life ] which cause me to go to jail an pay an 1500.00bail plus get a1500.00 lawyer the case was thrown out because he was arresst on new drug charges [which he says i told his other parole officer whom i never talk to before an then because my son was my only witnees this sister come to delware an took him to phiily without talkin to me for a whole month until after the case then return him to me and also calling DHS for abuse i have been to jail ,investigated,also i have a pending stayaway order, CAN I SUE HIM

Sure. You can sue anybody for just about any wrong they may have committed against you. The real questions are can you prevail and do they have any money or property to pay whatever judgment you might win.

If they have no money its rather pointless to sue. Even if you win you get nothing. Actually you'll have less your attorney will want to be paid.
