Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

adultry, seperation, out of state charges, etc

A man wants to file for divorce but has 2 wearrants(one for violation of probation which he was on for drug paraphaniela, and one for violation of a pfa). He also owes money in back child support in the state he was married and his ex still resides. Is there anyway to get a divorce without dealing with the other things? or a way to not deal with them now maybe by asking for a paterntiy test? he reides in pa and she in fl. they were together for less than 9 months before she moved out. They have been spereated(not legally) for a year and a half.

Re: adultry, seperation, out of state charges, etc

If anyone needed to consult with an attorney personally this would be it.

A person may be able to prosecute a divorce without appearing given a lenient judge and a cooperative ex-spouse.

But nothing can be guaranteed and any appearance could result in apprehension.

My suggestion would be to start saving up and take care of these matters. None of it is going to go away and it is only going to get worse with time.

Regards and goog luck,
