Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Affair/Divorce

My husband got caught having an affair with his bookeeper (he has his own business). I know that martial money was spent on her and have evidence that there is missing money. I am going after an at-fault divorce. If I file charges because of the missing money do I do that as part of the divorce or do I need to do that at another time?

I'm not sure what you mean by missing money. The fact that he spent money on his bookkeeper whether marital or not isn't going far unless he bought her a house or something that holds value. I'm not sure how you would get it back.
