Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

the affects of adultry and custody determinations

if a parent has been caught committing adultry, does that have an affect on whether or not they can retain custody of the children; can a person loose custody of their children if they have cheated on their spouse?

Child custody rests on any number of factors. If the adultery was discovered by one of the children it could be particularly relevant. If it is just to show that a person is bad it is probably inadmissable. I highly recommend you speak with an attorney. I offer free consultations.
