what age can a child decide where they want to live i have a 5, 10 and 12 year old grandchildren that i have taken care of for 2 years one parent is in jail and the other has very little contact would they be able to continue to live with me when the other parent is released from prison

There is no age that a child can decide when to live with a parent in PA; however as they get older, the Court will consider their opinion.
