Age question pertaining to residence

what age do you need to be to have a minor in your house hold while there in there last year in high school and there 17 and you the one who is related by way of being the sister whom is 18 is that legal? her parents will pay for the education but she would like to attend a better school near by her sister.

As long as the parents supply the appropiate guardianship papers, there should be no problems. I recommend speaking to a lawyer to prepare the papers. I offer free consultation.
