Age requirement for juvenile to decide what parent he wants to live

At what age can a boy decide what parent he wishes to reside with according to Pa. law?

There is no hard and fast rule. Usually once the child is around 12 or 13 the courts will listen mostly to the child's wishes. However, the standard is always the best interests of the children and that standard could override a child's wishes.
