Want alcoholic husband to leave

My husband of 21 years has recently started drinking heavily. I have asked him to leave our town house that we rent but he refuses. Can I get the courts to make him leave?

If he has physically abused you or threatened physical abuse you can obtain a Protection From Abuse Order which would force him from the home.
