Alcoholic wife in pennslyvania

If i have an alcoholic wife who doesn't work and i want a divorce. Do i have to pay spousal support? how long? We have

a house together how's that get divided. how is everything

split up?

Support is based on income. If you make more than her, you will likely have to pay her support.

Alimony is considered rehabilitative in Pennsylvanaia. The court will look to see the parties education levels and work experience and try to allow the spouse with lesser skills to receive some benefit to acquire skills or education to make the parties more equal.

Alimony is not automatically granted.
