Re: alimony
There are a number of factors that go into answering this question including, but not limited to, the length of your marriage, what your prospects are for future employment, your standard of living during the marriage, etc. You have a very good chance of getting Alimony Pendente Lite, which is temporary alimony during your divorce proceedings. After your divorce, there is a chance that you could get alimony (either permanent or temporary), but you will have to convince a Judge that you are entitled to it under Pennsylvania law.

Re: alimony
Alimony is something you receive after you are divorce. With such a sort marriage, you may not get that. However, if you are living separate and apart, you may be entitled to spousal support, or what is called temporary alimony pending the divorce.

If you are asking: What are the chances of your husband paying for your support until you get back on your feet, I would say the chances are good. More information is needed to determine the amount and duration fo that support. Contact me to schedule a free, no obligation consultation. We frequently litigate family law cases in Bucks County.
